PLEASE NOTE ALL POSTAGE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

 

All prints will be placed in a clear cello cover,  A3 prints will have an extra piece of white card for more support and all prints are posted in a hard-backed envelope. They will have CM Illustrations P.O. Box return address attached ensuring it will return to me if there is an issue during its journey to you. 

Digital orders will be sent to your email address once your commissions approved by you. 

 

All orders are posted out once a week through Royal Mail, this day may vary. However I try and keep my postage day on a Wednesday, but I will let customers know if this has changed. I will have extra postage days at peak times or when necessary throughout the year. 

You will be sent a message to confirm that your order has been posted. 

 

During Peak times throughout the year or if I am experiencing more commissions than usual, it may be necessary for CM Illustrations to create a waiting list and this will have an impact on my turnaround times. However I will let you know in advance if there is a waiting list and will try and estimate what the turnaround time is likely to be. Please view my FAQ’s if you’d like more information about my waiting lists and turnaround times.

If your print should arrive damaged in any way, please visit either the Returns & Refunds page on the website or Terms & Conditions so you know what to do if this event does occur.

All prints are sent via Royal mail’s standard 1st class post as it is included in the total price of the print, all prints are sent to your specified address, this may take up to 5 working days to arrive and this is not including my turnaround times for each style.

You can request to upgrade your postage and the cost of this will be payable by you. See below.
